Fonmon Castle

Fonmon Castle is a mediaval castle situated in the Vale of Glamorgan, South Wales. The castle is open to the public for guided tours and also host events such as weddings. ECR have provided the EPoS solution for the event bar area. The solution includes integrated PCI DSS compliant chip and pin, touch screen point of sale and back office stock control and reporting.

The Saracens Head Hotel is an Historic hotel in Southwell, Nottinghamshire. ECR and International PoS have provide their point of sale solution for reception, bar and function suite. The solution also posts sales to Guestline, a cloud based hotel reservations solution. All food and beverage sales are seemlessly integrated to Guestline.

Best One Stores of Port Talbot have installed ECRs touch screen convenience store EPoS solution. Featuring bar code scanning at the point of sale with back office stock control and A4 shelf edge label printing.

Handheld Order Taking

ECR have enhanced it's handheld order taking software to improve the speed, and visual impact of the solution. Using WIFI to connect to the point of sale network the solution provides the oppotunity to provide better customer service at the table whilst increasing the spend per head. Orders taken using one or more handheld units are transmitted for preparation to the bar or to the kitchen.The clients TAB is automatically updated with the new purchases so that payment can be made at any of the static point of sale devices within the system.

Each handheld device is fully programmable from back office software.

We have opened our point of sale show room. The show room displays the latest point of sale solutions for catering, retail, cashless and mobile EPoS. The show room is open to walk-in clients and also by apppointment. Opening ours are Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00. Special appointments can be made for outside of the times. Situated in the heart of the business centre of Liverpool the Salad Bowl caters healthy eating for its clients. ECR have provided the point of sale and back office solutions. Point of sale uses 8 inch customer facing displays for advertising and to enhance the client experience. West Park Leeds Rugby Footbal Club

West Park Leeds is an amature club with superb facilities. ECR have provided a members point of sale solution with cash on card. The solution uses the lastest PCI DSS compliant integrated chip and pin to allow members to charge their cards at the point of sale.

Wiggleys Fun Farm

Working with Building Management Solutions ECR have provided the entry and cafe point of sale solutions for Wiggleys Fun Farm. The touch screen solution employees remote kitchen printing for separate drink and food preparation.

ECR have teamed up with Just Perfect Catering to provide the point of sale solutions for the catering operations at The Gwyn Hall in Neath, Dow Corning in Barry and the Doctor Who experience in Cardiff Bay.

Cardiff Castle And Bute Park

Cardiff Castle have chosen ECRs EPoS solution for their main store at the castle and the Bute Park store. Each point of sale has rear 8 inch colour customer facing displays. Images may be sent to the displays from back office for advertising and upselling purposes. The latest PCI DSS compliant integrated chip and pin solution has also been deployed.

Cardiff City Stadium Retail Superstore Smart Card EPoS Stadium Smart Card EPoS Systems

Cardiff City Stadium Retail Super Store have enhanced their EPoS System from ECR Concepts with Smart Card recognition at the point of sale. Working closing with FortressGB ECR installed the solution to each of the superstores points of sale. The solution allows the smart card used for turnstile entry to be presented to a FortressGB smart card reader. The till then displays the card owners details, collects their sale information and provides automatic discounting.
