Rabart Decorators' Merchants - Loyalty EPoS Trade Accounts
Rabart are a highly successful decorators merchants based in South Wales, with 5 outlets located in Wales and the West of England. 
Already using ECR’s touch screen point of sale solution at each site and at head office, Rabart recognised the importance of customer loyalty in a highly competitive market and wanted to reward their existing customers, and entice infrequent buyers to always consider Rabart as their first point of call.
The scheme known as PALS (Preferential Accounts Loyalty Scheme) was designed to reward customers for their purchases offering a wide range of product rewards. This scheme required several tailored functions to be integrated into the existing head office customer ledger such as loyalty point management and statement runs.
Using their existing loyalty engine, ECR worked closely with the Rabart’s team to create a suite of loyalty functions. Customer sales collected at the point of sale are transmitted to head office and analysed using flexible rules in order to allocate loyalty points.
Customers are informed monthly of points awarded for the month and the current points available for redemption. Theatre trips, televisions and experiences are amounst the prizes. A high quality brochure provides the product detail and the points required to obtain the reward.
Several administration functions such as point adjustment and retrospective point calculation are used at head office to ensure the smooth running of the scheme.
