Touch Screen or Keyboard EPoS
Using modern, reliable point of sale hardware, our EPoS Systems support both touch screen and keyboard operation. Touch screen operation allows for an accelerated learning curve, enabling temporary staff to gain confidence quickly as well as increasing throughput at your busiest times. Keyboard operation, which can be combined with touch screen operation, allows for a more traditional EPoS system, and gives you extended functionality for tasks that are performed infrequently.
Fully Integrated Chip and Pin Systems
Using pre-certified chip and pin units and pin pads, our EPoS systems offer a fully integrated chip and pin solution. This solution uses the Internet for credit card authorisation. Integrated chip and pin minimises operator error and allows for 15 to 20 second authorisation time, significantly quicker than traditional methods.
System Installation, Training and Support

Llandaff North Rugby Football Club have chosen ECR to install their membership point of sale solution. This solution enables their different types of member to be identified at the point of sale with a magnetic swipe card. Identified mem bers are then automatically given discounted prices.
Cardiff City Stadium can accomodate 27,000 spectators and is the home of Cardiff City Football C lub and Cardiff Blues Rugby. ECR Concepts supplied, installed and support 56 integrated touch screen point of sale units throughout the stadium. These units cover the retail superstore, corporate hospitality and kiosk points of sale. Corporate hospitality also enjoys the use of wireless handheld EPoS. Full back office price, product and reporting software completes the solution.
Recent ground refurbishment has required the Leicester Tigers to expand their retail EPoS with ECR Concepts. Additional point of sale units have been installed and existing units upgrade to the latest integrated touch panel procerssors .
